Eastside Advisory
Bellevue Condos
Downtown Bellevue's luxury condo market is growing fast. Park Row, One88, Avenue Bellevue, and new towers are redefining Eastside urban living.
Bellevue Market
The Bellevue Condo Landscape
Bellevue's condo market is fundamentally different from Seattle's. Where Seattle has 20+ years of established condo inventory across dozens of buildings, Bellevue's luxury condo market is newer, smaller, and growing rapidly. The buildings here tend to be newer construction with premium finishes, and pricing reflects the Eastside's strong employment base from Microsoft, Meta, and the broader tech sector.
Downtown Bellevue now has three signature luxury condo buildings: One88 (completed 2020), Avenue Bellevue Residences (completed 2022), and Park Row (launching 2026). Each represents a different approach to luxury living on the Eastside, and understanding the distinctions matters before you commit.
What Makes Bellevue Different from Seattle
Bellevue condos trade at a premium over comparable Seattle units. The trade-off is fewer buildings to choose from, newer construction, and a market that is still establishing its resale history. If you are considering Bellevue, you are typically choosing between one of three or four buildings rather than dozens. That makes the building decision even more critical.
I work with buyers on both sides of the lake. The question is not "Seattle or Bellevue?" but rather "which building, in which market, for your specific situation?" That requires understanding both markets deeply.
