About Park Row

Park Row is Bosa Development's successor to One88, the building that established the Bellevue luxury condo market in 2020. Located at 201 Bellevue Way NE in the heart of Downtown Bellevue, Park Row will deliver 143 residences across 22 stories when it launches in 2026.

Bosa is the only developer in the Pacific Northwest with a proven track record of building and selling out luxury condo towers. One88 sold out in 2020 and has established a strong resale market. Park Row is designed to build on that success with a newer building, updated finishes, and a similar emphasis on three-units-per-floor exclusivity at the top levels.

What Makes Park Row Different

Park Row sits at a critical moment in the Bellevue condo market. With One88 sold out and Avenue Bellevue establishing the InterContinental-branded luxury tier, Park Row occupies a specific position: newer than One88, more exclusive than Avenue, and backed by the developer with the deepest condo expertise on the Eastside.

The building will offer the amenity package that Bosa is known for: concierge service, fitness facilities, and premium common areas designed for residents who expect hotel-quality standards in their home building.

How I Can Help

I have been tracking Park Row since before it was publicly announced. As a Compass advisor with deep relationships in the Bellevue luxury market, I can provide early access to floor plans, pricing, and reservation opportunities. If you are considering Park Row, I can also help you evaluate it against One88 and Avenue Bellevue to determine which building is the right fit for your situation.

Pre-sale purchases require a different evaluation framework than resale. I help buyers understand the developer's track record, the projected HOA structure, the construction timeline, and the market conditions that will affect your investment when the building delivers.
