Seattle has an inventory issue. There are very few options for luxury condos in the Downtown core. For example, there are only 16 units priced between $1m-$1.5m in Seattle at the moment. Take a look at the comparison made between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Sometimes it helps to see it visually. We hear from prospective buyers often that Seattle’s inventory seems stale and it would be helpful to have more options to view.
